Hours are calculated per family.

How to calculate your tuition: total your hours per week and find on the chart. That is your tuition for the entire month. For instance, if you take 1 60-minute class per week, your total is $66.95 per month, not per week.

En Pointe provides max tuition safeguards that act as an unlimited class option. This is a cap on what En Pointe will charge you each month.

One dancer max tuition safeguard - $295

Family of 2 dancers max tuition safeguard - $500

Family of 3 dancers max tuition safeguard - $600

Family of 4+ dancers is calculated as (#ofDancers*$195=Max Tuition)

REGISTRATION FEE -  $35 Non-Refundable Fee/$15 each additional child (in same family) 1st month's tuition is required of all NEW students on August 1st. If you are registering mid-year, 1st month’s tuition is due at the time of registration.

*Hours are calculated per family. This allows families with more than one child to combine hours & receive a discounted tuition rate.

 

 en pointe studio rules

  • Please have your child on time for class and be prompt in picking up your child at the end of class. Neither the school nor its staff can be responsible for students left beyond their class time. Prior arrangements must be made with the teacher if you expect to be late for pick-up.

  • No chewing gum, cough drops, or food are allowed in the class. Water must be in a sealable containers.

  • No cell phone usage is allowed during class time. If cell phones are inside the dance studio, they must be stored in a dance bag and turned off or on silent.

  • Please see the dress code below for proper class attire. Students must be in proper attire to take class. For convenience, you can purchase your dancewear from En Pointe and have it shipped directly to your door. Click here to shop by class.

 Dress Code

Creative Movement -

  • Girls- Pink Leotard, pink tights, pink dance skirt, and pink leather ballet shoes. Hair secured away from face.

  • Boys- White tee shirt, black shorts, and white socks with black ballet shoes.
    
    Ballet -

  • Elementary-Pointe II
    Girls- Black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Hair secured in a bun. Warm ups allowed at discretion of teacher for first few barre exercises.

  • Girls - Intermediate ballet levels and higher must have their hair in a bun prior to the start of class. Click here for a bun tutorial and click here for a textured hair bun tutorial.

  • Boys - White tee shirt or tank, black shorts or jazz pants, and white socks with black ballet shoes. Warm ups are allowed at discretion of teacher for first few barre exercises.


Advanced and AVODA Company Levels -

  • Girls - Any color leotard (except on Thursdays, when we wear AVODA leotards in coordination with what level of the company you are in), pink tights, pink ballet shoes. Hair secured in a bun. Warm ups allowed at discretion of teacher for first few barre exercises. Ballet skirt allowed at discretion of teacher ONLY for pointe work in center.
    
    • Boys- White tee shirt or tank, black tights, and black ballet shoes. Warm ups are allowed at discretion of teacher for first few barre exercises.


Hip Hop - All levels -


  • Girls- Dance pants or shorts, tee shirt or tank top, and sneakers (no soft leather jazz shoes).

  • Boys- Tee shirt or tank, shorts or pants, and sneakers.


Jazz - All levels -


  • Girls- Solid color leotard, tights, dance shorts or dance skirt, and Black slip on  Split sole Jazz shoes. Hair secured away from face.

  • Boys- Solid color tee shirt or tank, shorts or jazz pants, and Black slip on split sole Jazz Shoes.


Modern - All levels -

  • Girls- Solid color leotard, any color tights, dance shorts or leggings, and barefoot. Hair secured away from face.

  • Boys- Solid color tee shirt or tank, shorts or jazz pants, and barefoot.

Tap -


Level I

  • Girls- Solid color leotard, any color tights, dance shorts or dance skirt (no pants, teacher needs to see feet), and Black Buckle Taps. Hair secured away from face.

  • Boys- Solid color tee shirt or tank, shorts (no pants, teacher needs to see feet), and Black Lace-up Oxford Taps.
    

Levels II-V - 

  • Girls- Solid color leotard, tights, dance shorts or dance skirt (no pants, teacher needs to see feet), and Black Lace-up Oxford Taps. Hair secured away from face.

  • Boys- Solid color tee shirt or tank, shorts (no pants, teacher needs to see feet), and Black Lace-up Oxford Taps.
    

Acro Dance -

  • Girls - Solid color leotard and form fitting tights, dance shorts, or leggings. Hair secured away from the face. Long hair must be in a bun. Barefoot.

  • Boys - Solid color shirt or tank top with black shorts or jazz pants. Barefoot.


Pilates/Yoga/Conditioning -
• No specific dress code. Comfortable clothing that promotes mobility is recommended. Hair secured away from face (low ponytail recommended).

costume fee

  • Costume Rental Fee for December Recital (due October 15th) - $35 per costume

  • Costume Fee for June Recital (due December 15th)- $90

inclement weather policy

En Pointe will close for inclement weather when the need arises. Closings will be posted on our website and on our Instagram and Facebook page.

payment policies

En Pointe tuition is based on an entire season of dance. Our Season runs from August 12, 2024 - May 24, 2024. Monthly tuition is not based on the number of classes in a month or attendance. We guarantee a minimum of 30 classes per season for each class; however, if the season runs as scheduled, each class will meet 34-37 times this season. Therefore, if we are forced to close due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather, hurricanes, epidemics, pandemics, state of emergency, etc.), and classes do not fall below the minimum of 30 meetings, we will not make them up. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for acts of Mother Nature or other unforeseen circumstances. Class cancellations do to unforeseen circumstances do not affect your monthly tuition. There is NO refund for missed classes due to personal reasons as we are happy to provide you a choice in a make-up class.  However, the school is under no obligation to provide make-up classes for absences that are not the fault of the school.

All monthly tuition payments, recital Fees, and costume fees will be auto-billed to the card on file on the date they are due: tuition will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month, the costume rental fee will be automatically billed on October 15th, and the costume fee for the end-of-year recital will be automatically billed on December 15, 2024. Costume fees are subject to a $15 late fee per month that it is late. We accept cash, check, MC, VISA, DISCOVER, and AMEX.

late fee

You may pay the entire season in full or divide it up into 10 monthly installments. All installments are due the 1st of each month and will be automatically billed to the card on file on the 1st of each month. Failure to submit payment before the 15th of the month results in an additional $15 late fee. This late fee also applies to declined charges for cards on file for any reason or returned checks.

paying in advance

If you pay the entire season in full prior to September 30, 2024, you will receive a 10% discount (excluding company fees if you’re dancer is in AVODA Dance Company or Competition Team). Please note: if you pay your dancer's tuition for the full season and withdraw from classes for any reason, you will not receive a refund.

withdrawal policy

If your dancer needs to withdrawal from classes mid-season, a 30-day written notice via email is required. Please email info@enpointeschoolofdance.com to withdrawal from the season. After the 30-day notice, we will terminate your monthly installments.
